PANNO PROTOTYPE – a modular system for rebuilding public infrastructure in Ukraine
PANNO PROTOTYPE is a pilot project testing an open modular system designed to develop scalable solutions for rebuilding schools, healthcare facilities, and public infrastructure. This prototype is not a final product. It serves as a platform to test and validate solutions that can be applied in real reconstruction projects.

Project Inquiry
PANNO PROTOTYPE supports the shift from one-off solutions to a more systemic approach to reconstruction. We are testing a modular building system based on bio-based materials that can be scaled and adapted to different contexts, including climate conditions, available materials, and local practices.

The system integrates circular design principles, energy efficiency, and the Paris Proof approach. This means reducing emissions, using lower-carbon materials, and optimising building energy performance already at the design stage.

This approach aligns with European standards and is designed to integrate into international reconstruction and financing programmes. It can be applied to schools, healthcare facilities, and public infrastructure.

About
the Project
PANNO PROTOTYPE is a modular system for reconstruction that can be adapted to different contexts, including climate conditions, available materials, local practices, and community needs.

The system works as a practical tool for rebuilding public infrastructure. It can be scaled and tailored to specific needs.

Project Impact
The project shifts reconstruction from individual projects to a systemic model that can scale.

It introduces a universal system for rebuilding public infrastructure that is ready for implementation and adapts to local conditions.

This creates a foundation for scaling high-quality solutions across different communities.

Local production and partnerships support job creation and strengthen local economies.

Capacity building drives long-term change in the construction sector.
