Digital ecosystem for circular construction in Ukraine

POVTORNO is a platform that brings together stakeholders across the construction sector to enable the reuse of materials through shared access to reclaimed resources, dismantling and processing services, and practical guidance. It fosters a collaborative ecosystem where architects, contractors, municipalities, and others can jointly advance circular practices in construction and reconstruction.

Why we created POVTORNO
A significant portion of construction materials can be reused. In Ukraine, companies already have the equipment, expertise, and solutions to support this process. All that remains for a circular start in construction is to join forces.

About
the Project
POVTORNO aims to make circular construction in Ukraine effective and simple.
We created a space where you can easily manage surplus materials, engage partners for initiatives, knowledge, and projects related to circular solutions. To implement solutions locally, quickly, and without intermediaries.
On the platform, you can:
-Find or offer reclaimed building materials, equipment, and services;

-Post your project to source the materials you need;

-Connect with verified suppliers who follow environmentally responsible building practices;

- Explore our blog for practical guidance on how to safely and efficiently reuse various construction elements;

- Learn how to manage potentially hazardous materials responsibly;

-Join a community of professionals shaping a circular construction infrastructure;

-Post listings for leftover materials available at your construction site.

The platform offers an interactive map, advanced filters for easy searching, and supplier verification.
Project Impact
We aim to unite around the idea of reusing building materials various stakeholders: architects, demolition specialists, engineers, developers, municipalities, and community initiatives.

We want to create a comprehensive platform for finding, exchanging, and reusing construction materials, which will help reduce waste and carbon emissions.

Our goal is to support the green reconstruction of Ukraine and promote modern, European sustainability standards approaches to resource-efficient construction.
